Hi, I'm Yuki Mochizuki.

I turn ambiguity into action — bridging cultures, teams, and ideas to make things happen.

ABOUT ME

I'm a bilingual project manager with 18 years of experience living and working in the United States. Born in Hawaii and raised in Japan, I've always carried multiple worlds inside me — and I've learned to make that an advantage.

With a background in both design and business, I specialize in bridging the two: turning abstract ideas into practical plans, bringing clarity to complexity, and making cross-cultural projects move forward.

My background spans event operations, content program management, and design project management — always bringing structure and clarity to complex, cross-cultural environments.

My ultimate goal is simple — make the end user happy. And the best way to get there is to help the team work with less stress and more clarity. That's where I come in.

I thrive in ambiguity, turn things into action, and get things done.

Why Project Management?

I'm a bilingual project manager with 18 years of experience living and working in the United States. Born in Hawaii and raised in Japan, I've always carried multiple worlds inside me — and I've learned to make that an advantage.

With a background in both design and business, I specialize in bridging the two: turning abstract ideas into practical plans, bringing clarity to complexity, and making cross-cultural projects move forward.

My background spans event operations, content program management, and design project management — always in environments where the playbook didn't exist yet.

My ultimate goal is simple — make the end user happy. And the best way to get there is to help the team work with less stress and more clarity. That's where I come in.

I thrive in ambiguity, turn things into action, and get things done.

Outside of work

I'm a mom to a son. Most weekends are taken up by his activities — but sometimes I get to sneak in my own interests, like dragging him to art exhibitions and calling it quality time. And honestly? He seems to enjoy it too!

And if I'm lucky enough to carve out some time for myself, you'll find me at a coffee shop with nothing to do but think, or filling a few pages in my journal. A slow walk somewhere green. A short stand-up comedy clip that makes me giggle.
